Hello! I am Beth Miller, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life Coach, and I discovered some very interesting things about happiness as I tried to have more of it myself. The first is that most of us have not been taught very well about how to live a happy, positive, successful life and we get frustrated and mystified by our own unhappiness or lack of success. The second is that most of us have unconscious blocks that we are not aware of that are keeping us from having what we desire.

And the third is that anyone can release those blocks and learn the practical skills and tools required to live a deeply happy life. And once you learn the skills of happiness and success and practice them daily, life changes positively and profoundly in every way: emotionally, physically, materially, financially, spiritually, and relationally.

owever happy you are depends upon your ability to master the thoughts you think, the feelings you feel, the energy you vibrate, and the action steps you take to create and attract the life you desire. I have created a modern brand of psychotherapy called Intuitive Breakthrough Therapy that combines the most effective aspects of deep-healing psychotherapy, action-oriented life coaching, energy work, spirituality, the Law of Attraction, and my psychic intuition.  Together, we will do far more than talk about the problem from week to week, we will release limiting programming and execute a plan for actually moving forward. 

First, Take the "Happiness Test": Which One Describes You Best?

I have a lot of pain, confusion, anger, sadness or anxiety. I sometimes feel powerless and negative, and life often feels difficult. I have had some challenging issues in my life that I just can’t seem to get past. I wish I could stop worrying all the time or feeling depressed.

I am relatively happy. Yet, something is missing that would make my life even better. I would feel a lot more happy and satisfied if I could get these things achieved, like having a loving relationship or purposeful career. But I just don’t know exactly what to do or how to do it. Something inside or outside of me is blocking me from having the life I really want.

I am a successful achiever that feels very satisfied with my life. I am ready to go after my next important goal, like finally reducing my weight or feeling deeper meaning in life. I would feel truly happy and satisfied if I had a clear plan to go forward with, accountability to keep me on track, and assurance of success. 

No matter which one sounds most like you, you can stop letting your emotions, your beliefs, and "real" barriers keep you from feeling happy, satisfied, and successful. Having true happiness is a conscious choice and those that are really succeeding and feeling great have practiced how to be that way. 

What Is different About Intuitive Breakthrough Therapy?
One of the biggest complaints I hear from new clients who have been in therapy previously is that they seemed to simply talk repeatedly about the problem, with no relief or real change. In my point of view, therapy like that is actually doing damage by further programming the problem in the brain and energetic system.

That is why I developed Intuitive Breakthrough Therapy, which is truly therapy with a plan. Take a look at the five aspects of this modern marriage of the most advanced therapies to rapidly enable you to move forward:

1) Create A Vision:  We develop a very clear picture of how you would like to be living and feeling.

2) Clear The Subconscious System: With your permission, I intuitively read your subconscious system to find the barriers, limiting beliefs, and accidental blocks that have been programmed into your system.  I will eliminate the old beliefs and blocks for each issue you want to change in your life that are stuck in your subconscious system. I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) as one of the energy tools for this.  We then install new programming into your conscious system that will allow you to move forward easily.  

3) Learn The Skills of Happiness: I  will also teach you the skills and tools of happiness and the Law of Attraction so that you can effectively think, feel, and behave in ways that will attract want you want.  You will learn how to manifest what you want, not what you don't. 

4) Action Steps: You will be asked to take weekly steps toward your goals so that success becomes inevitable
